Join the family
We deliberately call Go Global a family of churches rather than a network, because for us, relationships are foundational. We believe churches go further, faster, and healthier when they walk together. Like every family, belonging brings both benefits and responsibilities—shared life, shared mission, and shared commitment.
Independent? Part of a denomination? In the New Testament, the answer is neither. Instead, we see local churches working together in relationship with apostolic leaders—a pattern we seek to reflect in our generation.
Our commitment to you
When your church is part of the Go Global family, you are not alone. We walk with you, believe in you, and invest in your leaders and church. Here’s what you can expect:
Relational support and mentoring
Every senior leader receives regular one-to-one mentoring, pastoral care, and encouragement from trusted, experienced leaders who know you, pray for you, and stand with you through every season of ministry.
We would aim to connect with you in person as often as possible.
Leadership development
We help you and your team raise and develop leaders, strengthen leadership structures, and navigate leadership transitions and challenges with wisdom and support—so your church can grow in health, strength, and capacity.
Strategic guidance
We work with you to clarify vision, shape culture, strengthen governance, and develop growth strategies that fit your context.
Our family rhythms
These shared rhythms create momentum, unity, and growth across our churches:
Monthly Leadership Hub
A 1.5-hour Zoom gathering for teaching, prayer, and discussion—alternating each month between a Global Hub (in English) and Regional Hubs (in local languages). This keeps us united globally while strengthening leaders locally.
Annual Global Day (Pentecost Sunday)
All our churches hear one message and give one offering as a family—celebrating what God is doing and advancing the mission together.

Global Classroom
Accessible theological and practical training for leaders and members at GlobalClassroom.Online
Regional Gatherings
In-person leadership events throughout the year that build faith, deepen friendships, and sharpen leaders.
The Global Gathering
Our annual leadership event, where every church joins to worship, share stories, receive training, and refocus on the mission God has given us.
How to join and what it involves
Families grow in two ways—birth (new churches planted) and adoption (existing churches becoming part of the family). Go Global has grown through both, forming new relationships and planting new churches along the way.
Go Global is a family pursuing unity, not uniformity. Our churches vary in size, culture, and style, yet we are united and aligned by a shared vision, values, and theological convictions.
Each church remains autonomous and locally led, while embracing apostolic oversight and spiritual covering, believing God calls us to greater fruit through partnership and a shared vision for mission.
If your church wants to explore a partnership and belonging to an apostolic family—that’s great! Let’s take time to talk, ask questions, and prayerfully consider this together. To help you understand what this looks like, here are the areas we walk through together:
1. Shared Vision, Values, and Theology
We want to be moving in the same direction. Churches joining Go Global take time to explore our vision, values, and Word-and-Spirit theology (explained in the Foundations book). This isn’t about cloning churches—it’s about standing together in what we believe God has called us to.
2. Leadership Participation in Leadership Rhythms
In our family, pastors are not isolated. Senior leaders and their teams join our relational rhythms—one-to-one support, monthly Leadership Hubs, and Regional Gatherings. We care for one another, pray for one another, and grow as leaders together.
3. Church Engagement in Go Global Rhythms
Our churches participate in family moments such as Global Day, the Global Classroom, and our week of prayer and fasting each January. These shared practices unite us in mission, learning, and prayer.
4. Financial Partnership – “the Tithe of the Tithe”
Just as we encourage individuals to tithe, we ask churches to contribute a portion of their income to Go Global. This enables church planting, leadership training, conferences, and practical support for the poor. We all invest so that all may flourish.
5. Raising and Releasing Church Planters
We are passionate about multiplication. Every Go Global church aspires to develop leaders and plant new churches, locally and globally. We don’t just grow bigger—we grow outward.
6. Serving the wider family
We’re not consumers of a brand—we’re contributors in a family. Leaders build relationships beyond their own congregation, share wisdom, pray for others, and look for ways to strengthen the whole family.
